Founder

Nakul Chhibbar is a strategic advocate with strong hold in Family Law, Wills & Estates, Civil Litigation and Real Estate Law. Licensed to practice law in Ontario, Nakul combines meticulous legal analysis with practical solutions tailored to each client's needs.

Nakul's approach reflects his belief that law, like fitness, requires discipline, adaptability and commitment to excellence. When not advocating for clients, he trains with the same focus he brings to the courtroom, often accompanied by his loyal dog Bravo.

Kamalpreet Kaur holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Ottawa and previously practiced as a lawyer in India. She brings experience in family law, child protection, and criminal law, with a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, file management, and client relations. Kamalpreet is committed to delivering exceptional legal support with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Law Clerk

Yashwani Jethi is a Sales and Administrative Professional who supports client services and daily operations at the firm. As a key point of contact, she assists clients with inquiries, scheduling, and overall coordination.

She is a graduate of the Business Marketing – Administrative program at Seneca College and brings strong organizational and communication skills to her role. Yashwani is committed to providing a professional, efficient, and client-focused experience.
